The per minute rates are for all calls originating in the
continental United States to these offshore destinations.
      Alaska 22.2 cents
    Hawaii 9.4 cents
    Puerto Rico 10.5 cents
    Virgin Islands 10.5 cents

All calls are billed in 6 second increments.
